This project was for my ARTS 265 class, where we were to create a narrative with at least 4 photos. This was my first experience with self-portraiture, black-and-white photography, as well as attempting to create a narrative through a series of photographs.

Having broken my collarbone over halfway through the semester, I was in the most vulnerable state I had ever been in, as I couldn’t do anything normally for myself. I wanted to capture what it was like to get ready while also getting out of my comfort zone and make myself the subject.
